I often asked myself….


 “Why did I suddenly, out of nowhere develop an autoimmune?”, “what caused it?”, “how can we work to get rid of it?” & “why isn't anyone I am seeking help from wondering the same thing?” We often wonder these questions, but never seem to get the true answer.  Instead we are given a plethora of prescriptions and told that “there is no cure”, that you will have to adapt to this condition or the “new you”, “We can only hope that the medication helps bring your body into remission. An autoimmune disease occurs when the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks its own healthy tissues, thinking they are harmful invaders like viruses or bacteria. Normally, the immune system defends the body against infections and foreign substances. However, in autoimmune conditions, the immune system is unable to distinguish between "self" and "non-self," leading it to target the body’s own cells, tissues, or organs.  


Common examples of autoimmune diseases include:

  • Rheumatoid Arthritis: The immune system attacks the joints, causing inflammation and pain.
  • Type 1 Diabetes: The immune system attacks insulin-producing cells in the pancreas.
  • Multiple Sclerosis: The immune system damages the protective covering of nerve fibers, leading to communication problems between the brain and body.
  • Lupus: The immune system can affect the skin, joints, kidneys, heart, and other organs.
  • Hashimoto's Thyroiditis: The immune system attacks the thyroid, leading to hypothyroidism.

Nutritional Guidance

Each session includes a BIE session, personalized recommendations for nutrition, herbs, and supplements.  Meal plans are available.

Duration: 30 minutes

During follow-up appointments, we assess your progress and lifestyle. Protocol adjustments are made accordingly.
